What should I do before using an ELISA Kit from MBL International? |

-Read the entire protocol carefully.
-Make sure the ELISA Kit has not exceeded its expiration date.
-Check that the kit reagents match the "materials provided" section of the protocol.
-Prepare samples according to protocol instructions.
-Collect all additional materials required and have all materials on your bench.
-Determine volumes of reagents required, and bring all reagents to room temperature.

Can I increase or decrease the volume of sample I use? |

MBL does not recommend changing the sample volume. Our ELISA kits are
designed for optimal performance using the sample size indicated in the protocol. |
